Terms of Service

Draft terms: a full legal review is scheduled before commercial launch. The operational rules below are the ones the product actually enforces.

The service

komplit provides metered, API-callable marketing services operated by KOMPLIT PRIVATE LIMITED (UEN 202629981W). Usage is denominated in credits: one credit is USD $0.10.

Credits

• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Starter credits expire 30 days after grant and apply only to operations below image generation.
• No credits are charged for calls that fail due to platform or provider fault. Partial jobs charge only delivered, QA-passed output.
• Auto top-up is opt-in, with a user-set monthly cap.

Your content and brand assets

• Brand assets and produced content belong to you.
• Your assets are never used to train models.

Account closure

• On closure, content and brand assets remain exportable for 30 days, then are deleted.
• Unused credits are forfeited on voluntary closure.
